01. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and qcs86 ("qcs86", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the qcs86 platform available at https://qcs86.cam, including all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. qcs86 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on qcs86, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person who is at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or any applicable local law, whichever is greater.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, including but not limited to restrictions imposed under the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 (Pakistan) where applicable to your circumstances.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer or close associate of qcs86 or any of its affiliates, suppliers or contractors.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from qcs86 or from any related platform in a manner that remains in effect.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.

04. Registration & KYC

To register, you must provide a valid email address, create a secure password and supply any additional information requested during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all Accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

qcs86 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its licence obligations and anti-money-laundering procedures. You may be required to provide any or all of the following documentation before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., national identity card, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of address dated within the preceding 90 days (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of a mobile wallet, bank statement or front-face of a payment card).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. All documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

05. Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including running any betting syndicate, affiliate scheme or arbitrage operation, without qcs86's prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, scrape or otherwise extract any proprietary data from the Platform.
• Introduce malicious code, bots, automated scripts or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Provide false, misleading or third-party information during registration or KYC processes.
• Transfer, sell or assign your Account to any other person.
• Exploit any error, system glitch or manifest pricing error on the Platform. qcs86 reserves the right to void any wager settled on the basis of such an error.

qcs86 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for unusual patterns, including suspicious betting activity, collusion, bonus abuse or any behaviour consistent with fraud. Accounts found to be in breach of these Terms may be suspended, terminated and their balances withheld pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on qcs86 — including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins and VIP programme benefits — are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. The general provisions below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are stated in each offer's terms and typically range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount, deposit amount, or combined deposit-and-bonus amount.
• Minimum Deposit: Most welcome offers require a qualifying deposit, commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000. The exact minimum is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the offer terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified per offer.
• Bonus Abuse: qcs86 monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. qcs86 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings and restrict Account access where abuse is identified.
• One Offer Per Person: Unless explicitly stated, a maximum of one welcome offer applies per Account, household, IP address, device and payment method.

08. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on qcs86 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing wagers. The following general provisions apply:

• Sports Betting: A wager is confirmed only once you have received a confirmation reference. qcs86 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
• Void Bets: If an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period or settled on incorrect data, qcs86 may void the relevant wager and return the stake to the User's Balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play odds are updated in near-real time. qcs86 accepts no liability for any delay in odds transmission arising from the User's internet connection, device or network conditions.
• Live Casino Games: Results in live casino games — including baccarat, roulette and blackjack — are determined by real-time human dealing. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the dealer's result upon reconnection or upon review of game logs.
• Slots and RNG Games: All outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP percentages are disclosed per game where the supplier permits. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• Manifest Errors: Any wager placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error — such as a cricket market priced at odds that are evidently incorrect — may be voided by qcs86 at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the wager has been settled.

09. Responsible Gambling

qcs86 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity responsibly. These tools are accessible from the Account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and may be reduced at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over daily, weekly or monthly periods. Once reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions. Reality-check pop-ups are available to notify Users of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and cannot be reactivated before the exclusion period ends. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qcs86 and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or using multiple Accounts (whether under the same name, household, IP address, device or payment method).
• Using the Platform while under a current self-exclusion order on qcs86 or any related platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any interaction with qcs86 staff.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any poker game, tournament or other competitive format.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies or any systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment gambling.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by applicable law, through the use of VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools.
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party, or receiving payment or other consideration to place wagers on behalf of another individual.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise engaging in money laundering through the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the qcs86 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, game content, odds data, software and databases — is owned by or licensed to qcs86 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or transmit any Platform content without qcs86's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qcs86 and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from system outages, network failures, third-party payment provider interruptions or force majeure events.
• Gambling losses incurred during your use of the Platform, irrespective of cause.
• Any action taken against you by regulatory, government or law enforcement authorities in your jurisdiction as a result of your use of the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of Account data arising from events beyond qcs86's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". qcs86 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices and network connections.

13. Account Termination

By the User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no Bonus Fund wagering requirements remain active. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

By qcs86: qcs86 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) the User is in breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected; (c) the Account is linked to a self-excluded player; (d) qcs86 is required to do so by its licence obligations; or (e) the User's jurisdiction is subsequently identified as prohibited.

In cases of termination due to User breach, qcs86 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, may report the matter to relevant authorities.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qcs86 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through qcs86's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration forums specified under the applicable licence framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are specifically advised that this clause does not override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law applicable to their circumstances.

15. Amendments

qcs86 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
